Through Operations Harley and Circuit, we proactively target those who put motorists and pedestrians at risk through the illegal or dangerous use of off-road vehicles. We’re carrying out regular operations with partner agencies including Natural Resources Wales to identify those responsible, and will continue to seize vehicles where appropriate.
