Tool Marking Event

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Theft (shoplifting, personal, other), which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

Yesterday the Bettws Neighbourhood Policing Team worked with the We Don’t Buy Crime (WDBC) Team at a tool marking event at Wickes, Unit 2, Discovery Park, Barrack Hill.

We were able to provide people with crime prevention advice and offer Smart Water kits for tools. People also got the opportunity to speak to their local PCSOs and discuss issues in the community.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to stop and speak to us, please keep an eye out on social media for future dates for tool marking events.
