Theft from unattended motor vehicles |

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Vehicle Crime - them from / theft of, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey. There has been an increase in thefts from unattended motor vehicles reported recently. Please do not leave any items on view inside your vehicle and ensure your vehicle is locked and secure every time it is parked and left unattended. If you have any information regarding any of the recent crimes in your area, please get in touch to report this (you can remain anonymous if you wish). Local officers will be conducted regular patrols to try and prevent further offences and will be available to speak to local residents and offer help and advice on crime prevention.
